Description
This was a rough sketch I did a few years back when we were talking about including Cutsman in the [sic] comic. I wasn't aware at the time that the Cutsman design my writer had in mind wasn't suppose to be....thin, so this guy went unused. To be honest, I think Cutsman should always have a cape!
