The wife of a Persian crime boss' son, yet ironically was far more stern than her husband, some would even call her the real boss of the family. They all lived in a big house in Goldenrod before she was assassinated by a rivaling crime family and her husband fled to Unova with their children for their safety. Snake was barely six when it all happened. The only things he knows about, or at least can infer on why she was killed and who she was prior are based purely on the testimonials of his family, as well as Akira and Yuri, whose parents were directly involved in her death.

(The way I draw Weaviles is as consistent the size I draw hands in, which is as consistent as my art style, which is as consistent as my eating habits, which is not so much.)
