I see that the Pyro is a bit textured. Do you draw and render those textures yourself or overlay a texture?

All the texturing here was painted by hand.

That's not easy, to hand-paint textures. You're starting to show a true mastery of the tablet. And that fire is damn sexy. Probably could be a bit translucent in spots, or you could distort the air immediately above the fire as heat waves do to make it even more realistic. I can't wait for the next one.

That looks awesome, but you should have made him with the Axtingusher, it looks so much more maniac and scary than his normal axe! Awesome painting in this. Did you used any brushes out of the normal brushes of Painter IX ?

Axtinguisher looks a little cheesy, I went with normal axe because it also becomes less of a focus that way.
I only used round camelhair under oils.

Well, technically it's a laptop with a touchscreen, but the monitor part of it can be spun and twisted down into a tablet.
It's pretty bad ass.

Actually, it's all thanks to my dad.
I've been saving up for the computer for a while, but then he just up and bought it for me and even though I'm going to pay back half, I'm still just in AWE of his generosity.

i got my laptop because i was refurbishing are old desktop for my personal use,i was needing to by lots of new parts, but then my parents jest said. NO MORE, we will jest buy you a laptop. =3, then my mom saw it, so she got the exact one (because there good and was on sale) and my dad uses the good desktop.

That does present a problem, doesn't it.
One of my friends is also having a hard time finding work due to physical limitations.
He has a hole in his heart, and can't do a lot of physical work because it over exerts his heart and could possibly give him a fatal heart attack.
