I decided to start an ask with the TES Character Witness.

Unknown. He left Tamriel when he was 35.

Daedra Lord, before - unknown.

None, have two voices - male and female.

Apocrypha.

Character:
Witness is a strange creature. Even if he's Daedra Prince's servant, he has a weakness to mortal beings: interested in their lives, worried if they get in trouble... It makes him weak and pathetic in our daedra's eyes. However, don't be nasty to Witness. His past gave him some powers, that you should be afraid of.
This creature is cruel to his enemies and knows no mercy.
Most of his time Witness spend on books - there are a lot of them in Apocrypha. And he won't like it if someone disturbe him.
This creature is very loyal to his prince Hermaeus Mora because one day he chose Witness from all other mortals. That's why Witness is ready to give everything he has for his prince.
Witness is unbelievably smart - all this books around. He knows every language - from human to daedric, and not only that.
Witness is a vile creature. He can hide his real personality for a long time, makind you a friend of him. But be careful - very soon you'll find poison in your food.
Witness is a perfectionist who can spend all day rearanging the books by the alphabet. And God forbid if any book is lying not right - it all begins again.
