Visual speculation about the nature of Mt Pilchuck, I think the fault it sits by/on forces gravel oit and up as a volcano basically, forming a Mt Pilchuck that moves north west with a trail of ring scratches behind, back to a giant amphetheater ring shape, possibly Pilchuck is a resurgence dome of that big ring form by Spada lake area.
