"Wire was out and about when he caught wind of some trouble up in the Frosted Hillside. Apparently they were having some really unusual weather - heavy rains, day in and out, so much so that it was washing away the usual snow and causing all sorts of trouble for the Ice-types that made the Hillside their home. Now, normally something like this wouldn't be my highest priority - there are plenty of more charitable groups for jobs like these - but Wire really wanted to try and help so I figured I could at least keep him out of trouble.

We met up with a hulk of a Pokemon at the base of the hills. Some kind of rillaboom hybrid, maybe with sandslash judging by their claws? They didn't have a lot for us in terms of words but they agreed to escort us up to the Hillside if we looked into what was going on. Also, when I asked for their name they glared at me like I was an idiot. What a weirdo.

Anyway, the three of us trekked up the hills and eventually - thanks to my expert tracking - found the source of all the rain. This poor drifloon got separated from her flock and was trying to call them back the only way she knew how: Rain Dance. Apparently she was part of a whole flock of Water-blend drifloons, who would go place to place calling rain as they went.

She had been going at this for days, only increasing in intensity as no one came to her calls.

Wire and I talked to her, and she agreed to come with us. I think she was just happy to have something resembling a family again."

Normal Quest 5 - Sudden Downpour!
Strangely, in a home for ice-types - a place somehow kept in near-perpetual winter - there's been a sudden bout of severe rainstorms! You've been tasked with going in and finding out what the heck is going on - and stopping it - before the rain washes all of the ice Pokemon away!
