You have to appreciate Jan trying to be supportive of Jeremy's body.
Though I do think Jer needs to sit down and really think as to WHY he doesn't like his size or the way his body looks if it bothers him that much, because even if Jan is supportive and likes him the way he is, Jer still needs to work on his insecurities and his weight is one of those issues.
I mean, I'm not saying he needs to automatically become thin, but that he needs to think about what makes HIM happy and WHY he is unhappy or happy with his appearance for himself above everyone else, including Jan.

Sorry if I went off on a tangent. It's something I got from xxxHolic. Not so much about body issues, but, if you're going to commit to something that affects your world, you have to want to do it for yourself wholeheartedly regardless if you've got a valid reason regarding other people.
