Okay, so, what was goin on with the first Cosmic Zoom, or Astral Razor, as I call it now, is it was obviously based on Guile from Street Fighter's Sonic Boom and before I actually got a better look at it, I thought Guile was throwing two spinning energy projectiles because he uses both arms. But then I eventually realized he's actually throwing one, he just never got the hang of the move so he has to use two arms. And I thought that was stupid so I remade Eon's move to look more like Charlie's, another Street Fighter character, Sonic Boom, with him only using one arm since he's only throwing one projectile.
