I could only guess the scale for these characters, so if they're wrong forgive me (except for Omega Supreme, he's waaaaay too big to put to scale- he's like a colossus dragon!)
I think Soundwave has the prettiest design, but I also really like swindle's colours and lockdown's design .A.
Possible Elements/SpecialAbilities(for most of them it's hard to say which one they would have) :

Compared to the other shit I have seen of people turning the cybertronians into animals(using fill bucket bases), yours is by far better because I can actually see who is whom and it's more originally drawn, not just some colorful simba or balto base

been thinking about elements.
Omega Supreme: Earth? (im deffor for earth or rock, I mean he's like a cliff one can lean on right)
Sentinel Prime: Ice?(having a shield and lance is a rather defensive fighting style... well mostly because of the shield <.< so I see it could work with ice, but I dont see Sentinel as a cold person? erm dragon <.<)
Arcee: Fire? (the fire that protects us and cares for us in our home^^ yes)
Ultra Magnus: Electricity (oh yeah!)
Lockdown: Spellcaster/sorcery or maybe Poison? (I would say metall instead, because of all the mods or weapons he might have? he could like improve his scales with metall or something?)
Swindle: if he were a deity he would be the ones for merchants and thives, or bards so wind to him to? like wind carries whispers of promises?
Soundwave: Wind? (oh yes! you know how the wind can sing its perfect, and sound is air waves isnt it no wait erm )
Shockwave: Shadow?

I like your design of Swindle better than the show's. When I first saw him, I couldn't really look at him because he freaked me out. So much in fact, when he first transformed, I almost fell out of my chair. But here he looks cute.
My favourites here are: Soundwave, Shockwave, Lockdown, Ultra Magnus and Omega Supreme.
