Great job. Can I ask you a question? I am a DJ and I use both mediums because not everything is put on vinyl. What is your take on those that use both?

i think the biggest problem is that since the songs have to be specially mixed for vinyl, a lot of bands are choosing not to spend the money to do it, and as you say, there are fewer choices for vinyl. i think we need to bring vinyl to the forefront and convince the bands that it's worth putting their music on vinyl in the first place. i know it's quite expensive, especially for independent bands who produce their music themselves, but the idea is that it's worth it, and we need to increase awareness and appreciation of vinyl as opposed to other music mediums. but you DO use vinyl when possible, and i think that's sweet

interesting group. it's funny, but i think the music quality on records is clear and crisp, digital has a funny sound sometimes. my friends and I listen to records all the time, mostly bluegrass and old rock albums

i have always wanted one
my grandfather used to have this beautiful one that has this huge golden colored speaker that looks like a trumpet ( i forgot what they called it)

well that one would play old 78s and you couldn't use it for these 45 and 33 rpm records cos the needle would ruin it. you can get one of these like mine on ebay if you look about! thanks for signing the petition!! love x
