Balloons (very creative name, I know), used to be a private species. They are now open to make for members of NeoPaneruga-ARPG - Each member can make 1 Balloon (lol) each month.

Four legged creatures with very short fur.
Their tail is often more fluffy than the rest of their body. The tail can be any dog or cat tail.

They have air sack cheeks like frogs. Their cheeks are mainly colorful. The color of the cheeks matches with the color ears inside, of their sclera, iris and pupil. Those can have different shades of this color. There also is a spot or colorful shape on their muzzle (where the nose should be on dog / cat faces) of the same color. This marking can be any shape except: copyrighted symbols, hate symbols or religous symbols.

The body´s fur can have any colors / markings. Same rules for forbidden symbols mentioned above!

They don´t have fangs and are mainly vegetarians but also eat fish sometimes.

markings on cheeks and inside the ears are no longer a rare trait! Go nuts!
