Little by little we're getting to half a hundred characters uploaded in a row.

Have a female character for a change, on my cast of humongous male to female ratio. Aqua is an elemental much like Blaze, and just like him, she's got a base form, a slightly more powerful one, and her more developed final stage.

As for whom she's partnered with, aside from sharing some of Kevin's features, the merman isn't actually the one. It's the same person who's partnered with Blaze, but I shall still keep them a secret for now.
