Here it is, that Valentine's Day drawing I promised, one week late for anyone who's countin'! Funny story, original the subject was going to be something completely different, but since another idea I have would pretty much be the same premise, I changed it to a new drawing of my Splatoon OTP! ......Wuzzat? It doesn't count since they're both OCs of my own creation? .........SCREW THE RULES, I HAVE MONEY!! In case you're curious about the "2" in the title, the first drawing was done two years back; I thought I improved then, but dat's nothin' compared to this mushy masterpiece of shippin' trash! Also in line with this being a sequel, Sludge and Splatty are in their Splatoon 2 designs, though the big yellow sweater they're sharing pretty much obscures most of their bodies... Still though, I apologize that this took so long! Hope you all like it; if not, I'll draw somethin' badass to distill that lovey-dovey taste you'll get from this..._________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Yes they are; around the time of Splatoon 2 anyways. During the events of the first game they were simply friends, but Sludge hides his feelings for her (and does a poor job of it too).

Well she felt the same way, but she was able to blend it with her usual upbeat personality. Sludge is USUALLY calm and dignified, but when Splatty's near that all goes out the window!
