Quick question:
on the shading layers, do you have them set to multiply / screen etc of just use a darker shade of the base colour? it doesnt seem to say it on the tutorial >.< and i never know which works better tbh

I just pick a darker shade, I only use the addition or overlay layer when I add highlights to the eyes sometimes.

This is pretty useful, I just use bland base colors and it makes my flat art look even flatter XD
