Took a few delays, but Reinaldo and I were able to return to the world of Alagaesia! Working in appearance order, we now have the golden, 800-year-old beast, Glaedr the Wise!

With Glaedr's age and backstory, we had the opportunity to be a bit creative with his design. As such, you'll see a lot of little details here; rippled skin at his joint, his horns and spines are yellow and aged (some spines are even missing). His wings are more worn and tattered, the underbelly has scratches and my personal favourite; there are scales missing at the end of his stump, where his leg was severed.

The idea was to have Glaedr look like an experienced dragon; one who has seen war, peace and the end of his race. Of course, he's standing on the Crags of Tel'Naeir at sunrise. Next in the series is my personal favourite dragon, Thorn.
