Dunno how this idea really came about... maybe because I started playing Spec Ops: The Line n' thought, 'hey... why not draw Azula, Mai & Ty Lee in Walker, Adams & Lugo's outfits?'But I highly recommend playing Spec Ops: The Line.
A bit of a warning: if you find that your suspension of disbelief easily lost... you'll find that SO:TL is a mediocre 3rd person shooter trying to shock you with various horrors or war.
But I let it suck me in... and I was amazed at how it played on my emotions.
The wiki article said it well: "In particular contrast to other games of its kind, some critics believe that Spec Ops: The Line does not intend the combat to be a fun experience for the player, but rather aims to engage the player though its narrative which critiques the shooter genre for being removed from reality and providing players with an unrealistic, morally ambiguous escapist fantasy."
Hoo boy was I engaged.

It makes sense for them to be who they are. Mai as the gun-toting stoic, Ty-Lee as the mostly cheerful one in over her head and Azula as a morally-ambiguous, psychologically scarred mass-murderer.

Aang could be a good Konrad. Due to the fact that both Aang and Konrad both have a lot of power and responsibility. Plus both Azula's group and Walker's group are looking Aang and Konrad respectivly. The difference between them would be that Aang manages to not let the darkness take him while Konrad fails to overcome the darkness that take him.

Hmmm, that is a tough one radio man. I was thinking Sokka cause he likes to talk sometimes and in some ways he is like the second command to the Avatar team, but I am not so sure.

You'll have to forgive my bad rendition of TAR-21. Lugo carried it in the game and I kinda thought Ty-Lee's precise chi-blocking in Avatar kinda went with Lugo's sniping.

That is an intresting comparrison. When you think about, Colonel Kurtz was a powerful man who manages to fall and lose everything, with certain choices Aang would have probable ended up like him.
