Jay's Portygon is a new form for Porygon I created based off the likes of Ash's Greninja and AZ's Floette speculated as Synchro Evolution. I'm not sure if this is even something that's going to be prevalent in the upcoming Pokemon Sun and Moon games.

I made up it's stats based on mega evolutions and AZ's Floette. I gave it AZ's Floette's BST as opposed to a mega pokemons 100+ BST. I feel Porygon needs more than 100 being unevolved. Hopefully if it doesn't require a held item, it can still hold Eviolite which will make it's already high defence stats monsterous!

I'm not sure if Synchros would have different abilities or not. But if they do I'd give Jay's Porygon Protean. Unlike other fan made evolutions, I think Protean would fit a pokemon like Porygon. It would basically make it's signature moves (Conversion and Conversion2) into it's ability! Changing it's typing on the fly! But if not, Trace, Download and Analytic are still good abilities!

Also, if at all possible, I'd give Jay's Porygon a new move called Pixel Beam. It's a very powerful Special Fairy type move. Porygon would benefit sooooooooooo much from have a Fairy type move thus giving it a Fairy typing! I mean, Fairy, Pixelate, it could work!

Design wise, I obviously gave Porygon properties from my persona. But I didn't change too much so that it still looks like Porygon. Giving it a white front, yellow parts on the head, and even scouter-like visors for my glasses! I just hope this all isn't TOO cringe..
