Description
Phoenix Program, in Projeto Dream, is a technology existent since 2139, a year were the Last Great War (a war between magic and technology) was still starting, and the Human Alliance, the site of the mankind and the technology, created this technologic system for full support, and this is separate into two seasons:
Phoenix A: Segurity program, with cameras and tappings, able to even know personnal information like CPF and DNA.
Phoenix B: Health Season, totally public, able to heal lethal wonds and cure normally uncurable diseases. Emergy scenaries include total revival.
