Materials and Methods
Nikon D80 + 50mm F1.8. The previous tenants of our house left an old piano. It's not tuned and some keys don't work but it looks pretty cool in my opinion

deviantArt copyright policy, along with regular copyright policy, generally defines copyright infringement and subsequently art theft as directly building upon the existing copyrighted artwork of another artist (such as directly incorporating the artwork into a photomaniplation). While the linked piece does present a similar concept and execution, I wouldn't consider it art theft simply because it does not directly incorporate my photo itself.
If the artist of the linked piece was "inspired" by my piece, it would've been nice if they gave some credit or mention. But it's completely possible that the similar concept arose independently without any influence from my piece.
