Interesting this photo. The machine that made it, reflected in the front of the face of who conceived it (the photographer)... Of certain form you in it disclosed your true eye to us, at least only through which you shares with us what it catches of the world: the lens of your machine.

one time...i was at this art show...and i saw this piece that struck me as pure genius, even tho it was something so common that people must've done it before: a completely blank, pure white canvas, with this elegant wooden frame that had a vibrant landscape painted on it. this kind of reminds me of that painting. o, and of clarence john laughlin's work a little bit--he did a good bit with mirrors and i like spotting his hulking mass of an olde camera hidden in the picture.
excellent colors, and i simply *love* the way your hands are spidering around the frame. elegant yet firm. the composition is just wonderful.
