i also tried this shot but i couldn't had any success.
Everytime i tried i burned my film. Was the place very dark(a little light at top) or just a normal light!

This should be under "Darkroom" 1, you cannot do mulitple exposures with your digital camera, so therefor you had to go into ps to put the images together, which would be darkroom" or manipulation. True mulitple exposure is an in camera technique, anyone can do it digitally, it takes skill to do it in camera...
