Another quick concept of Soba, a human oc I created. A rural fisherman that also happened to contain massive potential as a martial artist. One day he arrived out of nowhere to compete and completely stole the show. He later established a fisherman school, though in actuality was a fighting dojo that combined the concept of fishing and martial arts. Opinions about Soba and his fishing school are mostly negative among the earthlings, being called a once hit wonder and con man by some as he never cared to defend the title following his first victory, and kicked out every traveler that sought training because they didn't have the "right stuff."
