I had used the jacket portion of this knockoff Civil War Scarlet Witch figure for another custom, and was wondering what to do with the rest of the figure. I thought it might work as Zatanna, and it was a little more challenging to get there than I thought it would be, but I'm happy enough with the result.

Took the head and hands from Dazzler. Modified the head to fit into the hair that originally came with the Scarlet Witch figure, and sculpted new bangs. Took the jacket from an old Mattel Joker figure. Dremelled off the necklace, sculpted a collar and used a bowtie from a WWE figure. Took the hat from a DCUC Penguin and modified it heavily to fit on the new head. Made the cane from a wooden skewer and epoxy. Painted it all up. Magic effect pieces were from Dazzler and Nico Minoru. Thanks for looking!
