An owl done in scratchboard.Unfortunately the finer detail lost something in scanning and web display.

Two of my favorite things. Scratchboard and owls. Understand about the scanner missing some of the details, at least it didn't melt on it. Very nicely done I like the detail I can see.

Even if it did lose some of the detail, there is still a lot there. It's obvious that a lot of time went in to this piece. I've never had much luck with this type of medium. Nice job

heeey woow! i've done an owl scratchboard too! i love scratchboard... actually maybe i'll upload the one i did ... um... 2 yrs ago? 3?. then sometime i'll have to bring home the owl one and scan that... ...i'm thinking yours looks better
