I guess "Septembers desktops" are becoming in something common to me hahaha!I'm using ZorinOS which is based on ubuntu 12.04 so it's more ubuntu than anything else!
Some icons are collected from various artists so It's not a collection or a pack of icons. But if you want to know a nice pack of icon I recommend Nitrux or MeliaeSVG
In this screenshot I'm using AWN at the top and Docky at the bottom.
The CoverGloobus theme is "45 Controls"
