The Creeper

Carl Weller was once a loyal and responsible bank guard who dedicated his life to serving the Camden Town National Bank. However one night, two thugs broke into the bank and began smuggling all the money. Weller attempted to stop them from stealing the money but it ended with him getting a bullet in his knee and in his heart, ending his life. To hide the evidence, the robbers stashed his body in their car and buried it in an abandoned park 2 miles away from the bank. Every decade or so, Weller returns from the grave, reborn as a vengeful phantom known as The Creeper.
