The Sludge Mutant from the Earth's Sewer

Supposed Coolsville reports state allegedly that a local sewer worker discovered a supply of canisters of Chemical waste but was accidentally exposed to the sewer substance and was mutated into a large, slimy, Monster with two arms; its left arm was a tentacle and its right arm had a Claw like hand and have a Big hideous eye with a Green iris located beneath its mouth. And is rumored to roam the dark sewer system deep below Coolsville.
