Fred Jones - Freddy is the confident leader of the Scooby Doo Detective Agency. He may be young but that does not stop him from setting up traps and plans to capture all the spooks in masks. Freddy usually becomes hot-headed when his foe Chet Herring comes to pick on him and his friends. This results in Freddy usually saying that the person behind the mask must be Chet Herring before the actual culprit is finally reveled. Freddy also takes charge by splitting the group up to search for clues. "Let's split up, gang..."

Daphne Blake - Daphne is a bit more obsessed with her looks than the average child or the rest of her friends. One of her most memorable fashion crisis is when she screamed when she get Dirty Or Getting capture during one of the gang's adventures. Daphne is a big support to her all friends. She shows this by defending Freddy from Chet Herring, making Velma feel better when she's down, and encouraging Scooby and Shaggy with Scooby Snacks.

Velma Dinkley - a highly intelligent girl of Coolsville Elementary. Although intelligent, this girl doesn't stop her love of solving mysteries with her friends in the Scooby Doo Detective Agency. Velma may be the youngest of the group but that does not stop her from being the impressive brains of the Team. She uses her knowledge of various topics to work with the rest of her friends in stopping Scary Monsters that are usually Crazy Weirdos in kooky masks. Velma is particularly shy and soft spoken. She is very capable with technology, gadgets, and other sorts of gizmos. Velma's main catchphrase is "Jinkies", which she says when she discovered a clue. Velma is also a close friend with Scooby-Doo.

Shaggy Rogers - Shaggy was essentially friendless, and convinced himself he liked the solitude. While talking to his imaginary friends he made out of the sand on the beach, he met a pup who had overheard his story and the two quickly became friends, bonding over Shaggy's love of unconventional sandwiches. One Halloween, for the first time and realize that they are good at solving mysteries and thus the start of the SDDA. Shaggy, along with his Puppy Scooby, are the goofballs of the group. They both have a larger than life appetite and are easily spooked by ghouls, ghosts, and other creatures they encounter. Shaggy says "Like" and "Zoinks" his go to catchphrases. Both Scooby and Shaggy can be easily bribed with Scooby Snacks in order to act as the gang's live bate when it comes to catching kooks.

And A Pup Named Scooby Doo - The coolest pup around who acts as the mascot and namesake of the Scooby Doo Detective Agency. Scooby Doo is the best pal for Shaggy. Even though seen as cowardly, with the help of some encouragement from his Gang, and some Scooby snacks, Scooby is ready to save his friends when Shaggy Screams "SCOOBY DOO WHERE ARE YOUUU?! in order to help the gang with what ever mystery they are solving. Scooby-Doo is a important member of Gang.
