Yup seeing how Their both Catwomen hybrids Tigra and Cheetah are Mortal enemies in the Jefimus Primeverse. Not sure How they would fit in Ether They could both be Mutants created by Emile Dorian to be suitable mates for Tygrus or they are both Thundarians and Tigra was a peace keeper and Cheetah was a criminal or both .
