Description
Finally, I finished my latest Princess picture. I wanted the princess to be a surprise so I figured I'd draw someone that no one mentioned hehe. The story around this version of Jane is pretty simple. After Jane takes the drawing back from the baby baboon, its entire family begins to chase Jane. However, Tarzan isn't there to grab Jane when she jumps the cliff. She grabs onto the vines on the other side of the cliff wall and the baby baboon jumps on her to take the picture back. The vine breaks, and Jane and the baby baboon fall into the rushing water below which leads to an underground river. Both Jane and the baboon black out. Later, Jane awakes on the bank of a small lake deep in the jungle. The underground river apparently led her to this hidden location. She begins to inspect the area and notices the little baboon. She picks him up begins to trek through the jungle to try and find her father's camp, but in doing so, she becomes hopelessly lost. Only having each other, Jane and the baby baboon must learn to survive in this dangerous place...and they apparently do hehe
...so pretty much she becomes a female Tarzan.

This is concept I never though of, it seemed like tarzan was bitten and turned feral while jane learned how to control him through methods she learned from a witch doctor in the jungle.

I want to sing something when you said "witch doctor" but I decided not to for the well-being of everyone.

I think this is the scariest of all of them... MAybe because this is so primitive and Jane is usually kinda uptight...
LOVE IT!

Niceee, she reminds me of Alex Ross' Cheetah..!! She looks absolutely feral and insane (in a good way!) driven by the need for survival. Amazingly done!

The baby baboon kinda reminds me of Goku in ape form from dbz. But anyway, I really like all of your artwork. My favorites being (of course) your twisted princess series!

Dude....your attention to detail in (almost) every SINGLE work of art is what blows me away. I LOVE this one in particular either from the shading of the moon to the ruffles on the inside of Jane's long yellow skirt (remnants of her dress), to the dirt splotches and shadows played across her legs and to the small scratches sprawled across her forearm, thigh, face and side! There's just so many little things that really do add to a picture, even if they're not all seen. Great job...yet again.

Ah this will be an interesting one, since it's not as overtly tragic(though therre are some implications of the father possibly dying looking for her)
Jane scouts her area as always in look of invaders with a spear in hand to drive them out. She remembers back when her father would tell her it's man's work, but these last eight years have taught her in the wild, women are just as capable. A Gorilla calls out, then another, she thinks it's just a pack moving in. However another cry sounds, one that doesn't sound like a Gorilla, but a human attempting to emulate a Gorilla. She crawls to the edge of the trees to see a human man seemingly talking to the Gorillas. Hearing one cry out she gets on guard prepared to defend herself just incase it was a Panther of Jaguar like the one she killed. She doesn't expect the other apes to be coming right at her, she then realizes her folly, they believed her to be the Jaguar due to the skin she wore. Just as she turned to flee she felt a swift hit to the spine making her collapse forward. She looked up at her attacker and saw the Human loped over her, examining her. He grunted something loudly that calmed the Gorillas and then seemed to attempt to talk to her. She didn't understand but was happy to finally see another , living human being and hugged him.
