those sort of feelings are almost never good to experience
To feel that there's nobody to help you when you're feeling like shit,but tit's not always like that.sometimes you just gotta block out those feelings but looking up to the people who do love you,your family,your RL and online friends and anyone else you knew that might still have your back when you're feeling down Jen,so don't think it's all hopeless,we're all here to help you out when you're feeling like this

Got to hate those moment's where ....well you know

Just think of positives. your Healthy, Family, friends, people from other area, so on.
