I did never own Playstation because I didn't have money and my parents didn't want to bye that.
I did play MGS at my fried house  and I did love that MGS 4! So Now when it did come in PC I was so happy!
So I'm not have play those old ones and I don't know that story that well what is quit sad :/
But it's the best game ever!

Ok to understand the story behind it. The game series is about Father and Son, Big Boss, and Solid Snake. Solid Snake is a clone of Big Boss. Funny thing is they are both code named and called snake a lot which confused the heck out of me when MGS3 came out. Anyway here is the cinematic story of Big Boss. It has a timeline at the end of the video showing the events of his life and the games he is featured in up until his death in MGS 4.
