Ho gosh i drew the lineart of this many months ago ( it's old !)

I really love the latin name too, I like to use latin when naming original characters or places- more meaning to it.

Aaaah, this is so great! I love his hat design, and his straight jacket, and I really really REALLY want to steal his vest. XD That's also a really cool name - Black Swan - and I just read about the concept, so I think that that was a very creative name that you came up with for him. 8U

Cygnus is such a great character! I think it's my favourite in Impact. He's so evil, mwahahaha! The posture is really nice, too.
