Wow this looks cool. I love the textured coloring you used. I also really like the spikes coming out of him and they clayey anatomy.

I particularly approve of the way you chose to do the linework- it gives him a rougher look and fits with his crumbly texture. Another thing I like is the lettering, the design and detailing match the character perfectly.
