Ive changed a bit the shadows, I think it look a little bit better now, but I dont have the skills to make it close to real...

Indeed, they are not real, however if you had made the lighting on the cigarettes more soft (like in the photograph) as well as matched the lighting direction and added some shadows to the hand they very well might be passed off as real to the untrained eye. Right now they look like they're floating on a totally different plane than the hand. But do keep at it, practice makes perfect or whatever it's called.
