This is digital? Amazing; it's almost photo-quality!
I especially love how you did the eyes, and the textures on her skin and face. You even got the freckles (or age spots, I always get the two mixed up).
Aside from the blanket needing a bit more value, this is absolutely flawless.

Having worked a little with both zbrush and Maya I truly respect the time, skill and talent this piece had put into it.
It gives life to what some would say is a lifeless medium.

Beautiful work. I like how you are using 3D to a very traditional fine art piece.

Amazing. I love the little imperfections on her-
The blemishes on her face, the slight discoloration in her cheeks and nose, the bloodshot eyes, the not-perfectly-perky breasts, etc. etc.
I've just been reminded that the average woman can be beautiful as well, not just picture-perfect models. Of course, I knew that all along, but this was a slap in the face. And I loved it.
The way her bones are protruding and the curvature of her spine is absolutely stunning and adds a great effect to the picture. I also love the light sheen of sweat on her face, and how you can see the tiniest details- even her pores.
I just wish I knew enough about this to appreciate it more.
