translate :use paint tool SAI
1. use blush spred ,minsize 30 ,layer mode Lumi
draw shape of firework particles
2. create new layer , set layer mode to Lumi
paint a light at the tip of fire work (paint as dot)
3. add smoke effect (layer Lumi again)
4. use air blush to make some glow
color i use is as same as small circle color
