Part 3 of the Series. I found this while walking around in downtown Cleveland. Tom Otterness is the guy who made these sculptures. He's done many works around the country, and I've seen his stuff in the NYC subways as well. They are really cool to see in person. This piece is part of a larger public work called "The Gates", which was done in 1998.
