Ill be honest I cant think of a name for this guy. I was tasked to design a super hero / villain, and the power he has was a power that's been in my head after I watched the first season of My hero academia. basically the power is like seros but instead of tape, his limbs extend with a metal cord.

The electricity just happens because of the tech around his limbs, that act as a magnet to keep his limbs together and as a booster to make his limbs fire further. I guess if he was a mha villain/hero, the downside to this would be if he overuses his ability, the rope wouldn't retract back to his torso.

(also sorry the colour is faded and cropped oddly, my printer is dying. will fix when possible!)
