Well this is quite different for what he was originally. Going from an AI to an Egyptian cobra. This is Senet my new OC showing my love for board games.

Senet got his name from the very first known board game called by the same name from ancient Egypt. Senet terrorized the ponies of ancient lore feasting upon the souls of the dead and any victims foolish enough to invade his tomb. However, his reign was stopped when Celestia along with Somnambula Imprisoned him to be locked away for over 1000 years. In present times during a museum visit Cherry accidently lets him out and now bares the mummy's curse as Senet attempts to feast on his soul. He has yet to achieve that and Cherry wishes to show him something better than soul eating.

Senet is creator of the first board game mostly using it as a means of challenging the ponies he feasted upon. Many ponies say he cheats as no pony has ever defeated him until Somnambula discovered his cheating ways and defeated him. Senet is sly and cunning and attempts to trick his victims when they choose the game they wish to play making the game harder for them and easier for him. Senet is pleased to see his game has evolved over the centuries and enjoys game nights with Cherry and any pony else as long as he promises not to devour their souls.

Senet's design is based off the Egyptian god Apep. Also known as the Eater of Souls, this god was hated and fought against the Sun god Ra always losing it's never ending fight.
