I have spoken with several commissars during my time back at the main fleet but Castigator seems to enjoy her assignment more than most. Does Judgement actually enjoy anything? Can she still feel emotions? Might have to chat her up one of these days.

Commissars are the will of the System personified. The laws dictated down by the elders to them are doctrine. I have never seen a commissar waver or even hesitate in executing their duty. Not once. Perhaps that is due to the emotional blunting they undergo... Castigator however is, to my knowledge, the only Siren capable of completely erasing another Siren for good with a single shot. Her black holes corrupt the Siren's imprint, making them irrecoverable. Might sound cruel or dangerous but how else are you supposed to force compliance out of the most powerful warriors of our race?

Another member of the commissar corps. Like me, she is there to ensure compliance but unlike me, she has to deal with the at times... rowdy... members of the war fleet. I have yet to hear about a case where she had trouble dealing with them, however.

Entity Castigator. Limited data available. Entity shrouded behind high level access barriers. Unable to review data within mainframe without Empress-level clearing. What I can say with certainty, however is, that she does not hold a copy of me. She is from another fleet after all and to my knowledge never has been in contact with Expeditionary Fleet 01
