Another great moment of mythological chutzpah: Orpheus going down to the underworld to rescue Eurydice. For a great adaptation of this story, check out Hadestown.

I liked the practice with ink pens last Inktober--I hadn't worked with ink too much before that and I learned a lot. So soon afterward, my friend let me try their dipping pen, and it was really cool if difficult. So this year I decided to get one of my own and practice using a dipping pen through doing Inktober. I'm a bit behind, both on drawing and more on posting, but I plan to do a full 31 dipping pen ink drawings. Eventually. Given that, I decided to leave computer cleanup to a minimum so you and I can track my progress, if any, ink splatters and all.
