puppeteer is a being of pure trickery and aims to control everything and everyone with their powers.
being nicknamed "the storyteller" they like to force people to act their own story and imagination. this can even be without the victims knowledge. weirdly this only affects people who've been under their control since their birth. if puppeteer wished to control one that had not their control over their whole life it fails and they can overcome it.

nothing irritates this being more then people fighting their control. they wish for others to submit to them and allow them to use them as their pawn in their own game of life.

as their name suggests they are a puppeteer/puppet master and uses their strings to control the thoughts, feelings and even actions of others. be it in the victims favour or not.

besides using people as toys to play with they will occasionally get people to work for them and do the dirty work they don't like but as said in the QnA it's quite rare.
puppeteer prefers to work solo as others tend to only annoy them or just get in their way.

they do crave a person to one day work just by their side and be their friend however as a powerful being who's goal is to manipulate and control others like a action figure it's kinda hard to find people willing to tolerate you enough to be your friend.

nobody knows what brought this creature into the world or what it really is.
they kinda showed up one day and changed things to their liking. it's like the got bored with the direction of the show and decided to get the writers remake it to their liking.

they have no known family, friends or anyone.

one can be sure if they present themselves, it'll only be bad news for anyone involved.
