So, the Game Grumps have played Super Mario 3D World and Arin spotted random 8-bit Luigi tiles in a lot of parts of the game, and he said, and I quote, "THAT'S ILLUMINATI SHIT DUDE." And then it made me think of how in Gravity Falls, Bill could be spotted in a whole lot of places as well.

Then I got the idea for this character. It's basically just like Bill except he looks like that xD That square that that Luigi sprite is in is supposed to be like a TV screen. Basically, that screen can show any kind of video game or video game character, but it's main form is Luigi. So like, for instance, if Bit Cipher was trying to taunt you, it would change into a sprite animation of the Duck Hunt Dog laughing at you.
