The name "Twentwak" was provided by the people in the Panthen server UvU

Rail Forme:
It is believed that Twentwak appears before the sickly to guide their souls to the afterlife. It takes on this form to appear nonthreatening and friendly.
Ability: Levitate

Eternity Forme:
Twentwak's true form is near-impossible to perceive. Looking into the windows on its body can turn the viewer into a soulless husk if they're not careful.
Ability: Formless - Moves used against this pokemon are more likely to miss.
