This is Scootz from the very first commission I have ever done which was made for sparky416 [link] and his Fallout: Equestria roleplay over at Cloudsdale.orgI had no problems while drawing this guy actually. All it took was time and that is sure the coolest looking rifle I have drawn so far. Not that I have drawn many rifles before but still!
Description from the character author:
Scootz is fast, but has low stamina and endurance, but with his armor he is resistant to many types of bullets. He is very charismatic and can sway people to doing different things just with his voice. He is mostly evil, and dosent tolerate failure, but has a soft side to him. His saddle energy sniper can disable electronics, and can penetrate almost anything. This sniper can only be fired 5 times in 24 hours. His golden magnum is as strong as a regular magnum, it just looks different. He can carry alot of things as he used to haul things around as a slave and his younger years. He is extremely accurate with his guns, and prefers semi-automatic than automatic.
