I don't remember being creeped out when I was drawing her...

Yes I'm tagging this with both Jester and Clown because this is just... idk. It's certainly something.

My initial idea with drawing this was an idea for a sort of jesterly/clownlike character in a superhero comic but who isn't actually the villain and instead is either a hero or antihero. Still a little unhinged, but with a drive to do good.

I'm also realizing as I'm filling out the description here that my work of editing this drawing kinda sucked but I don't intend on going back and changing it.
