Description
Demimidbinary: A gender identity that is partially Midbinary, partially being any non-binary gender that is related to the Gender Binary or derived from either binary gender, while also being partially another gender or genders.
Etymology
From Latin, “dimidis” to “demi”, meaning “half “Amid”, shorted to “Mid”, English meaning “Middle” + “binary”, referring to “a system with two different things/values“. Coined by Gent ( Gender-Jargon), 2021.
Flag
The flag is a simple combination of the demigender flag and the midbinary flag created by user beyond-mogai-pride-flags in 2019. The flag consists of eleven horizontal, solid-colored stripes. From top to bottom, the stripes are dark grey, light grey, white, plum, pink, white, light blue, dark blue, white, light grey and dark grey. Flag by Gent ( Gender-Jargon), 2021.
