Description
The idea for this came from the latest generations boom of evolutions from old pokemon, as such I thought of what would be the logical next step for Starmie, the design is based more on it's cosmic background than it's aquatic origins. It is noted in the dex entry "...it has an affinity with pokémon like Clefable and Solrock" this to again emphasise it's other worldly quality due to the cosmic oragins of Clefable and Solrock.
