It's like a Drow and a Drider had a freakish lovechild. 
This should honestly have been what the boss looked like in the Neverwinter Knights - Shadows of Undrentide campaign. Screw Heurodis, this chick is WAY better, and would have made the whole Hordes of the Underdark thing so much more of an entertaining follow-up.
